Do I have to sign a
contract?
No, we do not
require a contract be signed. However, we do ask that
you abide by our terms of service/Billing Policy.
How often do you come out?
We come usually come out once a week unless otherwise arranged.
Other services are available such as one time clean-ups.
If you would like more information please give us a call
or click on contact for e-mail.
What if it rains?
We work in the rain, unless it is a lightning storm or heavy
monsoon.
We will then contact you by e-mail or phone to reschedule the
missed visit.
Which holidays do you not work?
We work all holidays with the exception of New Years Day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas Day.
When a holiday falls on your regular service day we will
leave a notice on your front door the week before
advising you as to when your service can be completed.
It is usually within a few days of your regular service
day.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. We do not jump over fences, so please leave your lock off
your gate on your service day. We will lock the gate for
you if you leave the lock by the gate. If you prefer we
can loan out a combination lock at no additional cost to
you.
Can you work with the dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We are fellow dog lovers and know how to get
along with them. If you know your dog is not good with
strangers, or the dog will not let us in the clean the
yard we then will ask you to restrain or confine your
dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your
dog or our employees.
What do you do with the
dog waste?
We haul away the waste so you never have to deal with a smelly
garbage can. The waste is then disposed of legally
following all city codes.
What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call the office in time to tell
the service worker not to come out. If the dog will be
gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some
other reason you want to skip your yard for a day or
more, we can hold service and you will not be charged
for those days. If you just want to skip your service
for some reason and are going to be home (the dog will
be using the yard) you will be charged for a every other
week clean up for your next visit. There will also be no
charge for service missed due to weather or some other
event beyond your control.
HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not
allow us to clean the yard when we come out to work you
will be charged for the service call. The extra
waste will be cleaned up at your next visit unless you
call to reschedule. Extra charges may apply if we
have go return on a day other than your service day. If, for instance, you get to work and
remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell
us to skip that day so you will not be charged.
How do I pay you?
To make things easier for you we charge the same amount each
month. Your weekly rate is multiplied by 52 and
divided by 12 and then rounded to the nearest dollar.
For example our one dog rate is $11.00 per week.
$11.00 x 52 and divided by 12 is $48.00 per month.
This lessens the confusion about how much you pay each
month. The amount is clearly stated in your
welcome letter and will not be raised unless we notify
you thirty days in advance. This also makes things
easier if you want to use your bank's bill pay service
and do an automatic payment.
We operate
on a prepay system. All new customers will begin their
service on a Saturday by appointment. At that time all
extra clean up fees are due (if an extra clean up is not
required it will be waived). You will be left an
invoice for that month and you can pay it at the time of
your first visit, mail it in or pay on the website.
Your service will only begin after payment is received.
You will be made aware of your regular service day upon
sign up. Your next invoice will go out on the 15th of
the month for the following month (for example you will
receive your February invoice the 15th of January)
all invoices are due on the 1st of each month will be
charged a $10.00 late fee if received after the 1st. You can mail in your payment or
pay it online at www.nopoop.com – just click on “Pay
invoice”. If you do not receive your invoice by
the 20th
of the month you must call or e-mail and we will resend
it to you by e-mail or we can fax or mail it to you.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices.
If we
do not receive your payment by the 1st a second notice
invoice will be e-mailed or mailed to you with the
$10.00 late fee included. Your account
will also be suspended until your payment is received.
Extra charges may apply if more than a week has been
missed. All returned
checks are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee. All
invoices over 60 days past due will be turned over to a
collection agency.
You do not
need an invoice to pay on your account. You have a set amount each month which
can be paid on the web site through Paypal using your credit card or you can
also mail in a check. All payments will be
applied to your account and your amount due for that
month will appear in the balance due column.
What do you mean by “SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED?”
We promise you will be satisfied with our service or no
payment is required. We strive to provide perfect
service, but if there is ever a time when we do not do
satisfactory work please let us know right away. We will
make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the
yard on the same or next day or by crediting your
account. We are not responsible for feces missed due to
obstacles in the yard such as tall grass, weeds and
debris.
